If the request is found to be inconsistent with the design standards, the applicant may withdraw the application or may choose to apply to the historic preservation commission (HPC) for consideration. [. ] I do hereby covenant and agree with the city of Wilmington that said person (agent) has the authority to do the following acts for or on behalf of the owner: 1. [. ] 2) Would the proposed fence be new or would it replace or parallel any portion of an existing fence or wall? 3) Would the fence exceed four feet in height in the front yard or six feet in the rear yard? Describe the heights proposed in relation to the front, side, and rear yards. [. ] 5) Where is the fence to be installed in relation to property lines? Is any portion of the fence proposed to be within a right-of- way? Attach a lot sketch plan showing where the fence(s) would be installed.
